Given the risks associated with COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in Australia and across the world we are taking precautions in relation to all training and gatherings. All training will be online from January - June 2021. Limited face to face, on-location sessions will be offered from June - December 2021. The safety of our staff and participants is paramount and all appropriate measures will be taken.
All online training sessions use GoToWebinar. To ensure you can participate fully, you must have both Javascript and Java enabled in your browser. You will also need either a computer headset (speakers and a microphone) or be able to dial into a teleconference to hear the audio. Your trainer will give you the opportunity to turn on your webcam to facilitate interaction. Test your system capabilities for using GoToWebinar.
We offer a range of training options, designed to suit your organisations specific needs and experience.
As you'll see, we offer a range online training and training vouchers as part of the first-year fee. This training provides the foundation of knowledge your core team requires to use our software to administer a grants program.
As your needs or experience expands, we are able to arrange further training tailored to the knowledge you require. We offer scheduled and bespoke training sessions which can be adapted to the groups needs.

experienced user level training (you must have completed SmartyStarter and have user experience)
Held in various locations – classes are demand-driven. See current schedule.
$250 (online workshop) or $350 (face to face when combined with a Muster) per attendee per session, or one training voucher person

Personalised online webinars
Just like face-to-face training but via your computer
Custom online webinar (via GoToMeeting), including up to 15 people at your end (participants do not need to be in the same place). The audio is delivered either over the internet or by dialling in through a telephone. Sessions are fully interactive.
$150 per hour
Fees correct as at December 2020. All fees include Australian GST of 10%.
